About

I’m Paula.

Paula, editor of AI PM Weekly

At work, I’m the person teams call when something needs to be figured out, organized, or made to stand out with the tools already on the table.

What I’m known for: being ingenious with constraints, deeply customer-centric, and genuinely innovative in finding ways to get more out of the tools a team already has. I streamline processes and make AI tools do things their vendors didn’t even put on the demo reel. And I build SharePoint Learning and Content Navigation Hubs project teams and customers actually use because they can easily find what they need.

Behind all of that is 30+ years running enterprise programs and projects where mistakes can cost real money: multimillion-dollar initiatives for billion-dollar corporations and for state agencies operating some of the largest budgets in the country. The organizations I’ve worked with have been strong, and my role has been to make them stronger, especially in the moments where good tools and good people just needed to find different ways to use what they already had.

That’s what this newsletter is. The tested prompts, the workflows, and the organizational systems I use every week to help teams get more value from the AI they already have. Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Notion AI, and more. No hype. No buzzwords. No “the future of work.” Just what’s working in real organizations, packaged so you can use it Monday morning.
